Downward Black Cat Yoga 🐈⬛🧘♀️
Get into the Halloween spirit, one slow stretch at a time. Join us for an all-levels yoga flow in the cat lounge, where our adoptable cats are free to wander, supervise, and possibly claim your mat as their own.
Led by favorite local instructor Emily Haines, this class is beginner-friendly and focused on relaxation, with a little Halloween flair. Costumes are welcome but not required. Black leggings count as a costume.
