Refresh your Sunday routine and find your focus. Join us for cat yoga, a beginner-friendly yoga session designed to help you breathe, stretch, and unwind in the best company possible—our adoptable cafe cats.
Led by favorite local instructor Emily Haines, this gentle class is all about mindful movement and lighthearted fun. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a total newcomer, Emily makes every pose approachable, while our feline friends provide the perfect "playful interruptions."
