Led by instructor Emily Haines, this beginner-friendly Pilates class focuses on gentle stretches, core strength, and mindful movement — all while surrounded by our adorable, adoptable studio cats. Whether you're a Pilates pro or just getting your paws on the mat, everyone is welcome!
Expect plenty of cat-titude, pawsitive vibes, and maybe a few unexpected assists from our furry co-instructors. 😺✨
