Paws & Pumpkins Yoga 🎃🧘♀️
Settle into the cozy season, one slow stretch at a time. Join us for an all-levels yoga flow in the cat lounge, where our adoptable cats are free to wander, supervise, and possibly claim your mat as their own.
Led by favorite local instructor Emily Haines, this class is beginner-friendly and focused on relaxation, with a little fall flair. Come as you are in your coziest layers. Flannel absolutely counts as yoga wear. 🍂
Admission: $28 per person. Bring your own mat (BYOM)! After yoga, enjoy coffee and snacks in our cafe. Tickets are limited, so reserve your spot today at www.coastalcatpcola.com.
Parking: Our parking lot is limited to 5 spaces. If you are able to carpool or condense vehicles, please do so. There is additional street parking all along W Garden. In addition there is public parking at the bus stop on the corner…
