Service Description
Ready to have the best day ever? Come relax with our adorable, adoptable rescue kitties! This 45 minute session is $15 per person (plus 3.5% service fee). You will be joined in the cat room by a maximum of 10 people and 15 cats. Reservations are PER PERSON. All visitors MUST be at least 6 years old. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. One adult per 2 children. Groups of 7 or more must book a private session. Our cats tend to be less active during midday, but they are always down to cuddle. Most active times are mornings and nights. Please arrive five to ten minutes before your experience time to order coffee and snacks. Please read our FAQ & sign the waiver. You will not be permitted entry without a signed waiver.

Cancellation Policy
🗓️ Cancellations Cancel any time to receive a refund—but only if canceled more than 24 hours before your reservation. Cancellations made within 24 hours are not eligible for a refund. 🔄 Reschedules You may reschedule your reservation up to 24 hours before your visit. Only one reschedule is allowed per reservation. No-shows cannot be rescheduled or refunded. 💳 Refund Processing All refunds will have a 5% processing fee deducted to cover our payment processor’s charges. Special Events, Cat Yoga, and Meditation Classes are non-refundable because we book and hire instructors based on participant numbers. However, you may transfer your ticket to someone else—please notify us in writing at contactus@coastalcatpcola.com. Private Parties must be canceled at least 7 days prior to be eligible for a refund or reschedule. Thank you for understanding!
