Service Description

Ready to have the best day ever? Come relax with our adorable, adoptable rescue kitties! This 45 minute session is $15 per person (plus 3.5% service fee). You will be joined in the cat room by a maximum of 10 people and 15 cats. Reservations are PER PERSON. All visitors MUST be at least 6 years old. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. One adult per 2 children. Groups of 7 or more must book a private session. Our cats tend to be less active during midday, but they are always down to cuddle. Most active times are mornings and nights. Please arrive five to ten minutes before your experience time to order coffee and snacks. Please read our FAQ & sign the waiver. You will not be permitted entry without a signed waiver.

Cancellation Policy

We understand things happen! Our scheduling policies are as follows: Cancellations Reservations may be canceled at any time, but the cancellation must take place more than 24 hours in advance to receive a refund. Reschedules You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your reservation! Only one reschedule is permitted per reservation. Reschedule requests left uncompleted will be forfeited after 30 days. No-show appointments cannot be rescheduled nor refunded. All refunds will be less a 5% processing fee to recoup charges to us by payment processor. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are not eligible for a refund. Cancellations for Special Events/Cat Yoga/Meditation Classes: Special Events/Cat Yoga/Meditation Class is non refundable because we book and hire instructor based on the number of participants. You may transfer your ticket to someone else, but please notify us in writing to contactus@coastalcatpcola.com. Private Party Cancellations: Private Parties must be cancelled a minimum of 7 days prior to the event to be eligible for a refund.
